I live, work, and playin Brooklyn, NY, a place I imagined I’d live since I was 12. I teach small kiddos and have for 15 years, during which I read thousands of children’s book. My favorite places are the children’s section at bookstores and libraries. And my favorite part of teaching is introducing students to new books or cuddling up with old faves. And now I get to do the same with my gremlin who has more books than toys and a thirst for spooky stories. We love Coney Island and go as much as possible. I hate laundry and found a partner who would do it.

I spend a lot of time at playgrounds, throwing tires with my geriatric pit-lab and yelling “Tobe, NO!” at my frat boy of a blue Persian. My partner and our wee gremlin love watching spooky movies while I draw on our big, green couch.
